Use one task across three sessions
- Choose a non-sensitive recurring task, such as summarising a public meeting agenda.
- After AI Foundations, write a prompt with goal, context and desired format; check facts against the agenda.
- After Applied AI Foundations, split the task into extraction, draft and review, and write down what still needs a person.
- After Agents and Workflows, define which steps may run automatically and which require approval.
- Compare time saved with corrections required; keep the workflow only if the result helps.
Do not overstate the completion record
The source documentation distinguishes a course completion record from a formal OpenAI Certification. Describe it as course completion in a CV or profile; do not imply a professional licence or independent assessment unless the current programme explicitly provides one.
